Keynote Speaker - Carla Michelle 
​Carla Michelle is a vibrant educator with an innate ability to connect with individuals on a level few have experienced. She is a life coach, author, entrepreneur, counselor, advocate and visionary. She has over 20 years of expertise that includes Project WARS (Women and Relationship Solutions – The Impact of Having a Relationship with a Person in the Military) and Woman of Substance (founder). Currently she is working on her book, Stand in The Light: The S.T.R.O.N.G. Woman’s Playbook that focuses on the need and the benefits of being Strategic, Talented, Resilient, Optimistic, Needed and Global. She also works alongside individuals on a journey that will unleash their dreams, empowering them to walk with intentional purpose.

Carla Michelle has helped many achieve the clarity and insight needed to take powerful steps for the growth of their business. Her determination for the betterment of one’s self catapults men and women worldwide to consistently embrace the environment of personal development. New possibilities are generated in the midst of change and self-doubt, creating a domino effect of the expansion of knowledge and revelation of undiscovered potential.
 
Carla Michelle holds a degree in Business Psychology and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in African American Studies with a focus on Professional Clinical Counseling. The completion of her PhD in Business Psychology will be celebrated June 2019. Although her passion for life and service to others is one to behold, the truest form of love and legacy for Carla Michelle can be found in being a mother to her four children, and faith in God. Ann Marie Ahern — Real Estate by Ann Marie
Ann Marie has been in the real estate business for over 14 years focusing on the Foothill corridor of the San Gabriel Mountains. She has been involved in a local Real Estate Association on the Board of Directors as well as in 2018 the Chair for the Public Relations Committee where they raised over $40,000 for local charities. As an active participant in the Greater Los Angeles Women’s Council of REALTOR’s Ann has held all positions including District Vice President. She works in residential and commercial real estate and has her Luxury Global Certification as well as being an Accredited Staging Professional

Mirna de Lira Lopez—DLL Technologies, LLC— Owner
At the age of 19, expecting her first child, she entered Mt. Sierra College’s Business Entrepreneurship Program. She finished as valedictorian of her graduating class in 2008. Her business started as a local IT support organization for individuals. DLL Technologies now services over 2,000 small to medium size businesses around the world. They primarily service California and Nevada. Services include full scale on-site, in-shop, and remote technical support. They also offer a wide range of digital media and web development services

Speaker Sahar Andrade is the president of Sahar Consulting, LLC, a "California State Certified Small Business" Diversity, Leadership, Culture Competence, and Global Marketing consulting business firm in Los Angeles, CA, with a special niche in Social Media Marketing.
