Rooted, Resilient, and Rising

Presented by the Duarte Chamber of Commerce, this year's theme: "Rooted, Resilient, and Rising," calls on women across the San Gabriel Valley to find strength in their inner foundation and in each other. Through inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, and intentional networking, the event creates space for women to reflect on their personal journeys while building confidence and drawing inspiration from one another across the San Gabriel Valley.

In a moment of deep local relevance, the Summit will feature a special panel titled "Resilient Communities Rise Together," bringing together female leaders whose businesses and communities were touched by the Eaton Fire, whether they are rebuilding what was lost or were a source of support for others in theyear since this tragic event occurred. The panel reflects the Summit's core belief that building a trusted community is essential to withstanding life's storms and bouncing back from adversity. The day will also include additional breakout sessions, a catered lunch, and a networking reception.

San Gabriel Valley's Premiere Women's Event!

Formerly named the Duarte Women’s Business Expo, this event was started by the late Duarte Mayor and Councilmember Tzeitel Paras-Caracci with a focus on tools and resources for women-owned businesses. As her vision for connection and collaboration continued to grow, so did the event. The event was relaunched in 2023 as the San Gabriel Valley Women’s Summit - a regional gathering welcoming women from all walks of life, whether pivoting careers, returning from caregiving, building a business, or simply looking for community.

The Summit will take place on Friday, May 15 from 9AM - 2PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Monrovia-Pasadena (924 W Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA). The event will include a lunch and networking.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Join us carrying forward the work of the Honorable Tzeitel Paras-Caracci and supporting the journeys of women through the San Gabriel Valley by sponsoring this great event.
