Rudy Hayek, M.A. mfc - RH Family Therapy & Counseling

Rudy believes we are meant to be connected to others. Whether they are an individual, a family, or a couple, he builds relationships with his clients that are collaborative and supportive. He applies relevant interventions, and coaches through tools and techniques that support skill-building (i.e. communication and self-expression), increasing self-awareness and insight (physical and emotional), and teaching the art of mutual empathy and sympathy.

As a former Health and Fitness Coach of over 30 years, Rudy Hayek has had the privilege of working with a diversity of clients to support and create positive changes in their lives: stay-at-home parents, business executives, celebrities, blue and white collar workers, and athletes. In 2011, Rudy combined his Health and Fitness Coaching experience with his training as a therapist, by working as a Behavioral Coach (BC) for Wellspring, an international company that conducts residential weight management programs.

He is a past president of the Sierra Madre Rotary Club, and has been the president of his BNI (Business Networking International) Monrovia Chapter for two years. He serves on the board of the San Gabriel Valley California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists, and is Foothill Unity’s “Unity Coach”, where he conducts regular in-service workshops and consultations for the staff and leadership to improve organizational communication and goal-setting.

At the age of 19, expecting her first child, she entered Mt. Sierra College’s Business Entrepreneurship Program. She finished as valedictorian of her graduating class in 2008. Her business started as a local IT support organization for individuals. DLL Technologies now services over 2,000 small to medium size businesses around the world. They primarily service California and Nevada. Services include full scale on-site, in-shop, and remote technical support. They also offer a wide range of digital media and web development services

Tina Carey - Tina Carey & Associates

Equipped with more than just management theory, Tina Carey's front line experience gives her a keen understanding of all aspects of organizational structure. Firsthand knowledge of the challenges incumbent upon companies in our rapidly changing world provides her with the insight to quickly and accurately assess specific conditions and provide effective solutions that consider all stakeholders. Beginning her career with Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 office products manufacturer, Tina quickly demonstrated the initiative, leadership and communication skills that led to a series of promotions including that of production control manager, plant superintendent and plant manager for Avery's largest facility.

An innovative leader and facilitator, she specializes in understanding and maximizing the human potential within organizations through quantitative as well as qualitative analysis and creative problem solving. Her successes range in scope from high performance work systems implementation to business downsizing and site closures. She teaches dynamic problem solving and communication skills for leaders and facilitators.
 

In addition to Tina’s organizational skills for companies, she is an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church and officiates for ceremonies including weddings, memorial services, and ‘baby blessings’. She is also an experienced Spiritual Retreat Leader.
